Supreme Council for Croatia

The Supreme Council of Croatia was established at the Ukrainian Nuns Resort in Rome on 24 November 2017, by decree of the "Supremo Consiglio d'Italia del 33. ed ultimo grado" (Supreme Council of Italy 33rd and last degree). On November 27, 2017, the "Supreme Council of Croatia of the 33rd and last degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite" was approved, under the auspices of which their works are performed by Rooms iv to XXXIII. The decree ceremony took place in Rome on March 16, 2018.

In Lebanon, the integration of women's Supreme Councils and mixed Supreme Councils began in 2017, as well as implementation for a single jurisdiction of Scottish Rites towards state territory. So one state – one jurisdiction, one, supreme council.

In 2019, a high-level world gathering of RIGA and RIJEH – the Intercontinental Conference of Jurisdictions of the Supreme Councils of the Scottish Rite and Humanism - was held in Istanbul. That gathering ended on December 14, 2019, with the signature of the Grand Universal Intercontinental Charter of THE RIJEH, in which there are 31 Supreme Councils and 31 jurisdictions.

The oldest Supreme Councils of Europe are the Supreme Council of France, founded in 1804 and the Supreme Council of Italy, founded in 1805. Both Supreme Councils are the bearers of the very idea and realization.

The Supreme Council of Croatia is responsible not only for Croatia, but also for the spread of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite in Southeast Europe.
